Accessibility Statement

Last Updated Date: October 22, 2026

Fispoke Inc. (“Fispoke”) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use fispoke.com. We work to make the site accessible and continue to improve it over time.

Our Standard

We aim for fispoke.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines describe how to make web content more usable for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive or other disabilities.

What We Have Done

We review the site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA using automated testing tools and manual keyboard checks. Measures in place include:

  • Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
  • A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
  • A visible focus indicator on links, buttons and form fields for keyboard users.
  • A control to pause the scrolling logo banners.
  • A logical heading structure on each page.
  • Form fields and groups with labels that work with screen readers.

Known Limitations

Some product pages include animated illustrations of sample software screens. These illustrations are decorative, and the information they convey is also described in the surrounding text. Some features on the site may be provided by third parties, which we do not fully control. If you have trouble with any part of the site, please let us know.
